Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone) and when listing a property. This information is used to operate the marketplace and connect guests with owners.

Owner contact details (WhatsApp / phone) are displayed on property pages so guests can reach out directly. Guest accounts are never publicly displayed except alongside reviews you choose to publish.

We record anonymized analytics (page views, contact button clicks) to give owners insight into their listing performance. IP addresses are hashed and never stored in plain form.

We never sell your personal data. Property images are stored with our media provider (Cloudinary). Authentication is handled securely and passwords are stored hashed.
